Sea Lion Cave Wave
Notice what happens when a large wave comes through and washes everybody off the rock. The sea lion area is subject to waves crashing through the entrance that's just to the left of the picture and washing through the side entrance on the left side of the picture. The sea lions don't seem to mind the cold water nearly as much as we would.
