Memorial Day weekend, 2001
We had to try out the new camper, so we left the over-crowded city on over-crowded roads and camped at an over-crowded campground. We really got away from it all! Mount Madonna is a park perched on the top of Hecker Pass between the Santa Clara Valley and Watsonville, on the coast.
At one time or another everyone was at the camp, except Darrell - he had to work. Sunday night we had 12 people sleeping in the camper plus another 4 on air matresses in pickup beds.
